Jifwa ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you access or use the Jifwa platform, which is operated by Conseccomms Private Limited.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information strictly for platform operation:

• Account information such as name and email address
• Uploaded contract documents and execution-related data
• Usage metadata including timestamps, actions performed, and device information
• Payment-related information required to confirm subscription status (payments are processed securely through Razorpay; Jifwa does not store card, UPI, or banking details)

Data Encryption & Security

• All contract content, uploaded files, and execution data are encrypted using industry-standard encryption methods
• Data is encrypted during transmission (TLS) and while stored
• Internal staff do not have access to view contract content or uploaded documents

AI Usage

• Jifwa uses artificial intelligence only within its own secured infrastructure
• No contract data is shared with third-party AI providers
• AI outputs are generated solely to assist with execution clarity and structuring

Data Sharing

Jifwa does not sell, rent, or trade user data. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• Payment processing through Razorpay
• Compliance with legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements

User Rights

Users may request:

• Access to their personal data
• Correction or deletion of their data
• Account termination

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Data Processing Addendum applies to all users whose data is processed through the Jifwa platform.

Data Processing Scope

The following data may be processed:

• Contract execution metadata
• Encrypted contract documents and files
• User actions and activity logs

Data Protection Measures

• AES-256 encryption for stored data
• Tenant-level logical data isolation
• No third-party AI data processing

Data Retention

• Data is retained only for the duration of an active account
• Users may request permanent deletion of their data at any time
