Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Jifwa, we believe in honest business practices. We provide highly transparent milestone tools to protect you, and we back our billing processes with a clear, straightforward Refund and Cancellation Policy to establish ultimate trust.
1. Refund Eligibility Conditions
Subscription charges paid for Jifwa premium plans are non-refundable by default due to immediate software licensing provisioning. However, you may qualify for a complete refund under the following strict conditions:
The subscriber is unable to access or utilize Jifwa's core features due to a verified, persistent technical issue originating directly within Jifwa's server systems or code architectures, which remains unresolved after being officially reported to our support team within 72 hours.
2. Processing Timeframes & Limits
All refund requests must be officially submitted via email within 7 calendar days of the subscription payment date. Any requests received after this 7-day window will not be eligible.
- Refunds will strictly not be issued for change of mind, lack of system usage, or disputes between counterparty clients.
- Approved refunds are processed instantly and returned to your original source of payment (bank account, credit card, or UPI) via Razorpay. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
3. Subscription Cancellation Procedure
You have the right to cancel your Jifwa subscription plan at any time. To cancel:
- Log into your profile dashboard, navigate to the "Billing" panel, and click "Cancel Subscription".
- Alternatively, write a formal cancellation email from your registered address to contact@jifwa.com.
Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of an active subscription month.
4. Fraudulent Chargebacks Policy
In the event that a user initiates an unwarranted payment dispute or credit card chargeback through their bank without contacting our customer support desk first, we reserve the absolute right to suspend the user's account immediately and permanently block their domain from future access.
