Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following condition:

✔ The user is unable to use the Jifwa platform due to a verified technical issue originating from Jifwa's systems.

Refund Window

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment
  • Requests made after 7 days are not eligible

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Business dissatisfaction
  • Misunderstanding of features
  • User-side technical issues (including internet connectivity, device, or browser problems)

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be sent to contact@jifwa.com and must include:

  • Registered email address
  • Payment reference ID
  • Description of the technical issue encountered

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
