Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following condition:
✔ The user is unable to use the Jifwa platform due to a verified technical issue originating from Jifwa's systems.
Refund Window
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment
- Requests made after 7 days are not eligible
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Business dissatisfaction
- Misunderstanding of features
- User-side technical issues (including internet connectivity, device, or browser problems)
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be sent to contact@jifwa.com and must include:
- Registered email address
- Payment reference ID
- Description of the technical issue encountered
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
