Jifwa is an execution clarity platform. It does not provide legal advice, contract drafting services, or legal validation of contracts.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and legality of uploaded content
  • Not uploading illegal, harmful, or unauthorized material
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users must not:

  • Upload illegal or unauthorized content
  • Attempt to breach platform security
  • Abuse AI or system resources
  • Use the platform for unlawful activities

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Limitation of Liability

Jifwa shall not be liable for:

  • Business or financial losses
  • Outcomes of contractual or commercial disputes between users
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Service Availability

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain platform availability, uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.

Termination

Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated in cases of misuse, violations of these terms, or legal obligations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall lie in Maharashtra, India.
